Born in Panama City, Panama on June, 1974—is one of his country’s most active conductors and composers. Aside from his current positions as Music Director of the Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil Istmeña and Project Manager for YOA-Orchestra of the Americas, Robles has appeared as guest conductor with the Orquestra Sinfônica "Dois de Julho" (Brazil), the New England Conservatory Youth Philharmonic, the Joven Orquesta y Coro de Centroamérica (JOCCA), and the Youth Orchestra of the Americas Camerata among other ensembles.
